What is One Sentry Lite?

One Sentry Lite is designed as a self-service online subscription which empowers you as a growing acquiring business. Refer to the key features section for more information.

What languages are supported by One Sentry Lite?

One Sentry Lite is offered in English. However, the enterprise version of One Sentry supports other languages. Please contact our Sales team for more details.

How do I enable the Transaction Laundering monitoring feature?

Details on how to implement this feature is included in your welcome pack email. If you have questions on setting it up, send us an email at [email protected] and our team will assist you.

Can I change my plan later on?

Certainly! You can upgrade your plan at any time.

How do I access technical support?

You will be provided with a guide to setup and navigate through the One Sentry dashboard in your welcome pack after you have subscribed to a plan. If you have any technical related question, let us know what you need help with by sending us an email at [email protected], and our team will find the best solution for you.

How long are your contracts and what are the payment methods?

One Sentry Lite plans are offered on either a 6-months, 12-months or 24- months subscription plan on an auto-renewal basis.

I would like to submit a BRAM violation report to Mastercard. Will I be able to download a file of the scan results?

Yes. One Sentry Lite reporting follows the BRAM reporting templates, where users may navigate through the dashboard to download a file displaying results organized by merchant URLs and date of scan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

What if my business requires to monitor more than 200 URLs?

One Sentry Lite package starts at a minimum of 30 URLs and scales up to 200 URLs. For 200 URLs and above, drop us an email at [email protected], indicate the number of merchant URLs in your portfolio, and a member of our Sales team will respond to you.

I have completed my purchase. What’s next?

After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with details of your subscription plan, and a welcome pack with the necessary information to get you started on monitoring your merchants for high risk activities.

What is your cancellation policy?

By default, your subscription service will automatically renew for the same term length. However, if you ever decide that One Sentry Lite is not the best merchant monitoring solution for your business, simply notify us via email at least 45 days before the end of your subscription term to cancel your subscription.
